One form, about five minutes, and nothing due today. Then just come to a Monday meeting and bring the $100.
Join Pack 3049 in about five minutes
Answer the questions in plain language on your phone. We fill out the official Scouting America youth application for you, then email the completed, signed PDF to you and to cubpack3049@gmail.com. No printing, no form numbers, no paperwork to hand back at a meeting.

- Come to a Monday meeting You will get the finished application by email as a PDF. You do not need to do anything with it, it is your copy. Just show up Monday at 6:30 and bring the $100.

Volunteering too? Adult applicationNo payment is collected online. You pay the pack $100 for the year at a meeting, by Venmo, card, or a check made out to Pack 3049. We do not take cash, only so every payment leaves a record. The pack handles the national and council fees from there. Cost should never keep a kid out, so if $100 is hard right now, say so to a Cubmaster on the contact page and it stays between you and them.
What happens next
You get an email
The completed application arrives as a PDF. You do not need to do anything with it. It is your copy, for your records. Nothing to print, nothing to sign, nothing to hand in.
We file it for you
The same PDF goes to the Committee Chair, who submits it to the Anthony Wayne Area Council and pays the national and council fees on your Scout's behalf. That part is handled.
Adults register separately
Any parent who will be a den leader, drive to camp, or stay overnight fills out their own adult application. It runs the same way and takes about as long.
We do not ask for your Social Security number online. Council needs one for the background check, so a leader asks you for it in person when the form is submitted.
You pay the pack $100
At a meeting, by Venmo, card, or a check made out to Pack 3049. No cash, so that every payment is tracked. That is the only money you owe, and it covers the membership year from August through April.
Then you just show up. Mondays at 6:30 PM at Cedar Creek Church. Come in regular clothes. We will sort out the uniform once your Scout has decided they like it here, and a leader will point you to the right den on your first night.
Not ready to sign up yet? That is completely fine. Read what it costs and what a year looks like, check the calendar, or just come to a Monday meeting and watch. Nobody will pressure you.
